I managed Leeds Building Society’s social media channels, leading their first paid social campaign while also overseeing day-to-day community management, content creation and digital activations. My work helped bring their partnerships with customers, stakeholders and Leeds Rhinos to life online in a way that felt authentic and engaging.
The Challenge
The brand’s social channels weren’t being used to their full potential and there was little experience with paid social campaigns. The challenge was to introduce a strategic approach that could drive awareness and conversions while keeping interactions genuine and building trust with the community.

I created and implemented a social media strategy that blended paid campaigns with organic community engagement. I worked closely with internal teams and external partners to craft content that resonated with audiences, managed conversations day to day and delivered digital activations tied to the Leeds Rhinos sponsorship and other brand partnerships.
